Short-term investigation of key information about donors of interest for project and resource management in Nigeria and in Niger.

Development of funding proposals for over 150 potential projects, resulting in $4 million dollars of raised funds. Review, analysis and redevelopment of theory of change of innovative poverty elimination methodology.

A diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) analysis and report reviewing the conference materials and speaker biographies for the annual organization-wide event was conducted. The report included a discussion of best practices when dealing with sensitive content and current events, as well as an overview of the accessibility of the digital application.

Analysis of fundraising strategies and diversification of targeted funding sources, coupled with updated marketing materials, capacity building in relationship management, public speaking and presentation of business plans. International education conference organized and implemented.

Review, analysis and redevelopment of key documents describing the activities of TAF. Suggestions made for further communications of TAF goals, objectives and activities, and preliminary investigation into funding opportunities was carried out.
